I’m introverted AF and LOVED your list! Will definitely refer to it! Thank you for this!

Thank you so much for sharing all of this! It’s nice to know I’m not along with these same feelings and struggles.

I love this!! You have some great ideas to keep away the feelings of loneliness. I’m an extroverted-introvert and even I am feeling it right now. Maybe I need to enact the coffee/cocktail hour zoom date!

Thank you Randi! I highly recommend the zoom dates for cocktail or coffee hour. xo

This is such a good idea to share! I’m mostly an introvert so I’m doing (mostly) ok haha, but I’m sure the extroverts are suffering lol.

Yes, my husband is more extrovert, so he’s been zooming and talking to his community a lot. Hang in there. 🤣

These are great suggestions! Fellow extrovert here 🙂 I’ve been doing a lot of journaling and cooking myself.

Thank you! Journaling has been so grounding and cooking too right! Have a wonderful day.

My grandma always said KISS (keep it simple, stupid) great to remember in times like this. I also feel you, my husband is working from home right now too, and it’s so much more distracting.

I’m so glad your grandmother gave you that advice. It’s the best.

I binged Ozark in like 2 days haha Season 3 was SO good and I wasn’t expecting the ending…now I have to wait for however long to find out what happens (Grr Face! haha)

Wasn’t it amazing Julie! Couldn’t get enough. Have you watched Mind Hunter? So good!

No, actually I haven’t and am in need of a new show while I wait for Season two of Dead to Me!
