Hiking is always my idea of adventure, but when you can combine epic icicles and wild hearts, why not go for a hike in the forest. This stunning winter landscape called for a Viking inspired engagement session, so my bride happily agreed to have her hair and make-up styled by Allure Traveling Beauty. She embraced Lagatha’s courage from “The Vikings” and bravely hiked up the slopes with micro spikes. We weren’t cold because hiking up hill keeps you warm. Plus Lexy and Frankie were melting the ice with their passion for one another. When Lexy and Frankie told me about their love story, they mentioned their sun and moon tattoos. Frankie is the sun and Lexy the moon, just like my husband is to me.
I’m so happy we got to know one another during one of the most beautiful times of the year. The woods are so quiet and peaceful and the light is heavenly. Winter is the perfect time for a stunning engagement session. I cannot wait to witness the love these two share for one another at their wedding in June among the flower gardens. Their adventurous hearts and positivity are contagious.
