Are you a photographer who loves art?  If so, you might want to join me for my next monthly photo art tour and take a day trip.  See why going to art museums will inspire you to create with your camera.  Creativity is contagious.  That’s why the great masters communed together and great works of art were created by Picasso, Van Gogh and Gauguin.  Community is where we can support one another along our unique journeys as artists.

If you want to #BEapARToftheART and join me for my next Monthly Photo Art Tour, sign up for my e-mail newsletter. Stay tuned for our next adventure in March. I have several interactive locations in New England where we can learn, share ideas, create and be inspired by art.

This is the place where you get to model, photograph and experiment with your camera. Mostly have fun! Our journeys involve coffee,  discussion and dining. This is where we share our interpretation of the art, ask questions and share ideas.

The more I surround myself by inspiring pieces of art, nature, friends and community, the further I grow into my own creative spirit. This is the place where inclusivity meets creativity. Pretty soon I’m going to need a tour bus.

This month I chose Dia Beacon. It had been 10 years since I had visited and it’s always awe-inspiring. The works of Andy Warhol and Richard Serra are my all time favorites.  I would love to photograph a wedding here or even close by at The Roundhouse, so if you are getting married, keep me in mind!

“The person who is navigating the space, his or her experience becomes the content. So, the whole subject-object relationship is reversed. The content is you!”–Richard Serra

Photography is painting with light.  Learn the various ways to use natural light to see the world a bit differently. If you are interested in mentoring with me, e-mail me for more information. Small groups are best so we get a chance to share our experiences with one another.

I can’t thank my friends, Noni, Phoebe and Nicole enough for making this past month’s adventure so fun and memorable.  Photo credit to Noni Brueckner where you see me in the photos. This community is growing!
